公民黨（英文：Civic Party）是香港的一個政黨，成立於2006年3月19日。主席是香港中文大學政治及行政學系前主任關信基教授，黨魁則是資深大律師兼立法會議員余若薇，首席副主席為長春社前主席黎廣德、第二副主席為九龍東立法會議員、回歸後首位行政長官選舉正式競爭候選人的資深大律師梁家傑，秘書長則是香港浸會大學政治及國際關係學系副教授陳家洛。
